President of the Sudanese Sovereign Council Burhan has recently sent a congratulatory message to Chinese President Xi Jinping on the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

Burhan said in his congratulatory message that despite the profound changes the world is undergoing, China is forging ahead toward its goal of realizing the great Chinese dream and has made remarkable achievements in domestic development and international cooperation, rising to the top ranks in the world.
