In order to reduce the spread of Covid-19 epidemic and facilitate the process of applying for Health Declaration Certificate for non-Chinese passengers, starting from 11 November 2020, non-Chinese passengers can apply for Health Declaration Certificate online through the following procedure:

I. Register and log in to the Health Declaration Certificate system (https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/) on your computer or mobile phone, fill in the required information and upload your negative nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test reports.

II. The Chinese Embassy in Sudan will review your negative nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test reports and issue Health Declaration Certificate with ‘HDC’ mark (as shown below) in time. Passengers must present the green code within its validity period before boarding.

Ⅲ. 11 Nov. 2020- 25 Nov. 2020 will be the transitional period for the new policy, both application through online system and email will be reviewed by Chinese Embassy. Starting from 25 Nov. 2020, all non-Chinese passengers shall apply for Health Declaration Certificate online.
