On December 21, 2011, China's Ambassador to Sudan Mr. Luo XiaoGuang attended the new container terminal completion ceremony held at Sudan Port. The Sudanese President Omar Hassan Al-bashir and more than 10000 construction workers attended the above-mentioned ceremony as well.
